For games final fight 1, 2 and 3 we have a chart named highscore. All scores must be done without continues, some of them are done with continues. I propose for each game 2 charts named:

* Highscore with continues
* Highscore without continues

and move the scores in respective positions.

I agree with him on this one.
The score finishing by 0 are without continues.
And the one finishing by 1,2,3,4 or 5 are with continues

I spoke about the existence of continue scores in Discord and a little comunication started about the point of continues of this game and the suggestion to have continues and no continues charts appeared.

At the end scores in Final fight series dissapears when console is turned off.

@Foxof we can have both, because you can try to do the best score whithout continues, or with continues.
It brings more competition on the game.

But I can understand if you want to just keep one chart. But It's not fair if people stop after one continue, see ?

Today, we don't accept records which used continues, and we don't add categories which allows the use of continues. Please give us a list of records to delete on this serie which used continues, so we could delete them. In a next version of VGR (V7), where we would be able to specify rules for each game, we could discuss about adding categories like this.

rules per game will be there to be more precise for the game.
but the general rules of VGR will always be a priority, the continues will always be forbidden

For me, the best solution to prevent user to post a 1st place continue score because it's save as is on the game and encourage to post your score on VGR anyway :

1/ Allow all score on VGR
2/ Create a Type "SCORE CONTINUE" (-) / (+) that's automatically catch the RIGHT(score,1)
3/ The Type Sort the charts like this :
1- "CONTINUE PART" : RIGHT(score,1) ASC
2 - "SCORE" DESC

Exemple: Before
925002
470002
454101
355000

Exemple: After
[0] 355000
[1] 454101
[2] 925002
[2] 470002

Continued plays are not always visible by the end score xxx1, xxx2. With Capcom and SNK games it was easy.
Would be easier to make a separate track for continued plays. Or leave them completely out if VGR doesn't allow it.
I am not against it, I just want them out of the regular plays as Zimer says.

For others games, we can make "rules" to don't allow them, but how can VGR spott the "cheater" in this case?

What the end of the video can show ? For exemple if you had 10 credits and finish your score with your last life there is no difference with no continue score no?

Because if you loose, we will see how many credits are still left, if it's shown.
If not, yes, whole score in video, but that would be complicated..

If I'm not wrong you can continue maximun 6 times, 5 for Final fight 1.
