Statuses of the association
ARTICLE 1 - denominationIt is founded between the members with the present statutes an association governed by the law of 1 July 1901 and the Decree of 16 August 1901, entitled: "Video Games Records"
ARTICLE 2 - GoalsObjectives of the association:
- - To promote the video game and the website of the Association .
- - Providing a website that manages many records video games .
- - Consolidate players of the Ile de France region of France and Europe .
- - The organization of events (open days, festivals ...) .
- - Organize LAN regional, national and international network games .
- - Set up online gaming tournaments with partners (cyber center, internet cafe, other associations) .
ARTICLE 3. - Head officeThe registered office is at 14-15 rue Eugène Massé (Bat B3) 93190 Livry Gargan. It may be transferred by decision of the Board of Directors; ratification by the general assembly will be required.
ARTICLE 4. - CompositionThe association consists of:
The membership of honor is awarded by the Board of the Association, to natural or legal persons contributing notoriously manner, either moral support of the association, either through their work or personal actions to reinforce one or the other of the objects of the association.
Membership benefactors assigned by the Board of the Association, to natural or legal persons that provide financial support to the association.
These are the qualified persons or entities, which have adhered to the present statutes and paid their annual dues.
ARTICLE 5. - AdmissionTo join the association must be approved by the board of directors or the general assembly decides at each of its meetings, on applications for admission.
ARTICLE 6. - MembresHonorary members are those who have rendered outstanding services to the association; they are exempt from contributions. Are benefactors, people who pay (a fee of 20 euros input) and an annual fee of 5 euros fixed each year by the General Assembly. Active members are those who have committed to pay an annual sum of 10 euros.
ARTICLE 7. - Striking offThe membership is lost by:
a) The resignation.
c) The expulsion by the Board of Directors or for cause, the person has been invited by letter to appear before the board to provide explanations.
ARTICLE 8. - ResourcesThe resources of the association include: Videos 1) The amount of input and contribution rights.
2) State grants departments and municipalities.
3) And in general, all resources authorized by law.
ARTICLE 9. - Board of DirectorsThe officers are elected for a year by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held in September of each year. At each election, the board members are returned to their function, unless one or more members propose for the post.
The Board of Directors elects from among its members by secret ballot, an office comprised of: Videos 1) A president.
2) One or more Vice-Presidents.
3) A secretary and, if applicable, an assistant secretary.
4) A Treasurer and, if necessary, an ad treasurer joint.
The Board is renewed each year by half; the first year, the outgoing members are chosen by lot.
In case of vacancy, the Board provides temporary replacement of its members. He proceeded to their final replacement by the next general meeting. The powers of the members so elected shall expire at the time that would normally end the mandate of the members replaced.
ARTICLE 10. - Meeting of the BoardThe Board meets at least once every six months, convened by the President or on the request of a quarter of its members.
Decisions are taken by majority vote; in the event of a tie, the chairman has a casting vote.
Any board member who, without excuse, fails to attend three consecutive meetings may be considered to have resigned.
ARTICLE 11. - Annual General MeetingThe ordinary general meeting includes all members in any capacity that they are affiliated. The Annual General Meeting is held every year in June.
At least fifteen days before the date fixed, the members of the association are convened by the secretary. The agenda is indicated on the summons.
The President, assisted by members of the committee, presided and exposes the moral situation of the association.
The Treasurer reports his management and submits the budget to the approval of the assembly.
There shall, after exhausting the agenda, replacing secret ballot, outgoing board members.
Should not be treated at the general meeting, the issues for the agenda.
ARTICLE 12. - Extraordinary General MeetingIf necessary, or on the request of half plus one of the registered members, the President may convene an extraordinary general meeting, the formalities prescribed by Article 11.
ARTICLE 13. - Rules of ProcedureAn internal regulation can be established by the Board of Directors, which is then approved by the general meeting.
The Rules are intended to fix the various points not covered by statutes, particularly those relating to the internal administration of the association.
ARTICLE 14. - DissolutionIn case of dissolution pronounced by two thirds of the members present at the general meeting, one or more liquidators are appointed by it and assets, if any, shall vest in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of l July 1901 and the decree of August 16, 1901.
